·         All orders must be placed by the afternoon prior to your affair, and on Friday afternoon for any Sunday orders. We suggest placing your order as early as possible to allow proper planning.

·         All orders require a credit card for confirmation purposes. American express, Visa, Mastercard accepted. 24 hours notice is needed to cancel all orders.

·         Baskets require deposit varying by size and all chafing racks require $5.00 deposit.

·         Waitstaff references are available on request (waitstaff has no affiliation with DC-3 and fees are negotiate and paid separate from any DC-3 billing).

·         Catering is subject to applicable New York State taxes
